SHIPPING

All packages will be shipped within 2 business days of the order date.  Packages will be shipped FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified.  Please allow an extra 3 days for processing of custom embroidered items and 10 days for custom crystal items.  In the event of a return, please contact Classy Bride directly by email or phone info@classybride.com / 1.866.925.2779

Please note that expedited shipping such as 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air does not eliminate the 3 days for processing custom embroidered orders and the 10 days for processing custom crystal orders.  The expedited shipping is applied once the order is complete.  Please call us directly with any questions at 866-925-2779.  Thank you.

NOTE: Federal Express and UPS will not delivery to PO Boxes.  Please provide a street address when entering your information.

*International Orders
You must choose either International Express Mail or International Express.  
For International Express Mail (3-5 business days) and International Express orders (1-3 business days) shipping & handling charges are included. All applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees will be charged to you at the time of delivery.  Duties and taxes are mandated by your country, not by our company. *Favor Sets
Please note that some of our favor sets ship
directly from another warehouse and will be shipped separately from the rest of your order. You will only pay one shipping charge even though they may come from two locations.  Because they are sold in sets, you pay only $1.00 per additional set instead of $.50 each additional item. 

RETURN POLICY
We will be gladly exchange or credit your credit card account for any items you are not completely happy with. The item must be returned to Classy Bride  within 30 days of the delivery date in unworn and perfect condition. Please note that the following are not returnable or exchangeable: all custom embroidered items, underwear, boxers, and favors. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable. Shipping of exchanged goods are the responsibility of the customer.  Please call our customer support line with any questions at 866-925-2779.
