SHIPPING & PROCESSING All stock items will leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days of the order date. Packages will be shipped Standard Ground unless otherwise specified.
FREE SHIPPING: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 shipping within the continental US. The only exclusions are glassware and disposable cameras. Standard shipping takes 4-7 business days to reach its destination once it leaves our warehouse. We still offer expedited shipping such as FedEx 3-Day Air, 2-Day Air, and Standard Overnight for an additional charge should you need your order sooner.
PERSONALIZED ITEMS Please allow extra time for our warehouse to process personalized items. Personalized items such as custom embroidered hoodies, custom printed items, custom crystal tanks, engraved items, and all other items listed on our Personalized page take anywhere from 2-10 business days to ship. The availability is listed below the price of an item on the product detail page. For example, the availability for the custom embroidered hoody states "Availability: Usually Ships in 3 to 5 Business Days". This means your order will leave our warehouse in 3-5 business days from the day you place your order. Please note that expedited shipping such as 3-Day Air, 2-Day Air or Standard Overnight does not eliminate the 1-2 business days for processing orders or the 2-10 business days for processing personalized items. The expedited shipping is applied once the order is complete. Federal Express does not deliver 3-Day Air, 2-Day Air, or Standard Overnight packages on Saturday or Sunday. SHIPPING ADDRESS Federal Express will not delivery to PO Boxes. If you choose the Ground Service option, please note your package may be shipped via FedEx or USPS. Please provide a street address when entering your shipping information if possible. If you choose express shipping such as 3-Day Air, 2-Day Air, or Overnight and provide only a PO Box, your order will not ship until we have a physical address for FedEx. Please contact us via e-mail at email@example.com if you only have a PO Box and we will make arrangements to have your package shipped via USPS.
CANADIAN SHIPMENTS Please see rates and transit times from the drop down menu during the checkout process. Classy Bride cannot be held responsible for packages delivered a few days late due to the customs process. Your country's customs department may hold packages from time to time for additional inspection. Please make sure to enter the best telephone number to reach you during the day should customs need to reach you. This will help guarantee a timely delivery. All applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees will be charged to you at the time of delivery. Duties and taxes are mandated by your country, not by our company. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (Excluding Canada) Please see rates and transit times from the drop down menu during the checkout process. We offer USPS shipping and FedEx International Priority. All applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees will be charged to you at the time of delivery. Duties and taxes are mandated by your country, not by our company. Classy Bride cannot be held responsible for packages delivered a few days late due to the customs process. Your country's customs department may hold packages from time to time for additional inspection. EXTRA SHIPPING CHARGES FOR DELIVERY OUTSIDE US Please note certain heavier items on our website such as engraved glassware and gift card holders add additional shipping charges to products shipped outside the USA. This is a delivery surcharge of $5.00 to $10.00 depending on the item charged by our vendors. Please let us know if you have any questions at all regarding these products.
RETURN POLICY Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 30 days of receipt for items that have not been worn, altered, or washed and with all tags attached. For gift wrapped items, please make sure there are no damages to or omission of the gift box from your return/exchange to ensure a full credit. If you choose to keep the Classy Bride keepsake gift box, you will only get credit for the item and NOT the gift wrap. Please note that the following are not returnable or exchangeable: Personalized Items, Engraved Items, Custom Embroidered Items (i.e. Soon to Be “Mrs. Smith” Hoody), Custom Crystal Items (i.e. “Mrs. Smith” Tank or “Mrs. Smith” Bathing Suit), Custom Printed Items, Underwear and Boxers, Favors, and Sale Items.
SHOES & FAVORS
Please note shoes can be returned within 5 business days for a 10% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Favors are returnable if they are not personalized. Non personalized favors can be returned for a 10% restocking fee. The customer is reponsible for return shipping as well.
SHIPPING CHARGES We do not refund initial or return shipping and handling charges. Returning the goods to Classy Bride is the reponsibility of the customer. If you are exhanging an item and your original order is over $100, we will ship your exchanged items back to you at no additional charge. If your original order is less than $100, there is a $5.00 shipping fee to reship your exhanged items. This $5.00 will be charged to the original form of payment. How do I make a return or exchange?
Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and a copy of your invoice along with any special instructions or comments in an appropriate shipping box or envelope. If you do not have the original Packing Slip and/or Invoice included with your original shiment, please make sure to include your name, telephone number, and order number if possible. Send it back to us using an insured service to the above address. Make sure to get a tracking number from the shipping supplier used. (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.)
When will my credit card be refunded? Once your package has been received at Classy Bride, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 10 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have receive the information from Classy Bride.
