RULES Contestants must be 18 years of age or older to enter. Contestant need not be a bride. To enter, fill out the information requested in the above form completely and submit it. If your browser does not support forms, send your responses to ALL questions via e-mail to info@classybride.com. Enter 7th ANNIVERSARY GIVEAWAY in the subject line. Only one entry allowed per person. Entries must be received no later than November 30, 2009 at 11:59PM EST. Drawing will be held on December 1, 2009 at 12:00PM EST. Winner will be notified by e-mail. The winner will have 30 days to claim the prize. In the event the winner fails to acknowledge acceptance of prize within the allotted time period, Classy Bride reserves the right to deem the winner's entry ineligible, and randomly select a new winner. Each winner consents to the use of his or her name and likeness and/or photograph on the Classy Bride website. Prizes are subject to any and all state and federal fees and taxes. All contests are void where prohibited by law.
